Ingredients

Salmon

  • 2 salmon fillets (5–6 oz each)
  • 1/2 TBSP olive Oil
  • 1/2 tsp salr

Maple - Mustard Sauce

  • 1 Tbsp olive oil (or melted butter for richness)
  • 2Tbsp pure maple syrup
  • 2 Tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp whole-grain mustard
  • 1 tsp garlic powder 
  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar (or lemon juice)
  • ½ tsp smoked paprika (or chili flakes for heat)
  • ½ tsp salt + ¼ tsp black pepper
  • Fresh thyme or rosemary sprigs (optional garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Pat salmon dry. Brush with olive oil, sprinkle with salt.
  3. Mix all sauce ingredients in a small bowl.
  4. Coat salmon with sauce, reserving some for serving.
  5. Air fry salmon skin-side down (if there is skin on the salmon) for 12-15 minutes, until flaky and golden.
  6. Serve with extra glaze and herbs.
