Ingredients
Salmon
- 2 salmon fillets (5–6 oz each)
- 1/2 TBSP olive Oil
- 1/2 tsp salr
Maple - Mustard Sauce
- 1 Tbsp olive oil (or melted butter for richness)
- 2Tbsp pure maple syrup
- 2 Tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp whole-grain mustard
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp apple cider vinegar (or lemon juice)
- ½ tsp smoked paprika (or chili flakes for heat)
- ½ tsp salt + ¼ tsp black pepper
- Fresh thyme or rosemary sprigs (optional garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Pat salmon dry. Brush with olive oil, sprinkle with salt.
- Mix all sauce ingredients in a small bowl.
- Coat salmon with sauce, reserving some for serving.
- Air fry salmon skin-side down (if there is skin on the salmon) for 12-15 minutes, until flaky and golden.
- Serve with extra glaze and herbs.
