Ingredients
- 1 cup (240g) heavy whipping cream
- 3 TBSP powdered sugar
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
- pinch of salt
Instructions
- In a large cold mixing bowl add whipped cream, powdered sugar, vanilla extract and pinch of salt.
- With a hand or stand mixer, beat on medium speed for 1-2 minutes. It will look foamy like tiny soap bubbles.
- Then increase mixer to medium high speed for 1-3 minutes until the cream thickens and soft peaks form. You will know when you tun off the mixer and lift the whisk and the shape holds, but still look soft and spreadable.
- Taste the cream, if it's not sweet enough, add another 1 TBSP of powdered sugar.
- Serve right away or refrigerate until ready to use up to 24 hours.
